Jason knew the market and was helpful in preparing the property description. He also was a good communicator with the other realtors. He handled most of the paperwork issues and made sure we were on track to sell our house. His follow up is very good on any issues that may arise. Vdfy professional.

I don’t know if it is typical for a homebuyer to gain a friend from their searching and buying experience, but my husband and I certainly did with Jason Grimes. Jason was so easy going and relaxed; he put Nick and I at ease right from the beginning. He was always available to answer our questions, whether late at night or early in the morning. He was knowledgeable and resourceful and gave us the absolute best home buying experience possible…he also quickly bonded with my husband over their shared love of the movie Ghost and the art of the lathe (wink, wink).
