Jason and his team were nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process of selling my home. I was on the fence about renting out my property or selling as I was relocating out of state. Jason’s insight into the market and recommendations were spot on and guided me without pressure to sell which was undoubtedly the best decision. Within 48 hours of my property being listed, I accepted an offer that was over list price. Jason and his assistant were extremely responsive and were always there If I had a question or requested a status update. My only outstanding request is for him to get licensed down south and help me find my next home.

Jason is honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He communicates well and will always let you know what’s going on during each step of the process. I will definitely work with Jason again when the time comes!

I felt like I hit the lottery when a friend introduced me to Jason to be my realtor. I didn’t know much about buying a house. Jason was patient with me and always available to me. I had alot of questions and Jason patiently explained them to me. He helped me avoid alot of “rookie” mistakes. He was extremely professional and very friendly. Jason is a very likeable person. Trustworthy. Excellent at his job. To name a few examples: Jason met me at a store at 10 pm to sign papers that were due the following day because I couldn’t get out of work sooner. He was very flexible. He never pressured me to buy a house. The first house we looked at needed alot of work. He was never untruthful about that fact. I loved that he was not just trying to make a sale. At that moment I believed Jason’s goal was to put me in a house that I love and that isn’t overpriced. And lastly, Jason helped me find a mortgage company, house inspector, and real estate lawyer. His mortgage broker gave me a great deal and was very available too. Jason Giombino went above and beyond for me. I honestly think that I couldn’t have gotten a better realtor. For me, there isn’t a better one, Jason is the best realtor.

It truly was an enjoyable experience working with Jason Giomboni. His listing price was spot on and he performed flawlessly from start to finish. Jason was professional, courteous, and very professional. He maintained a positive attitude throughout, which served as a huge support base for me.
