Jason is a highly skilled and experienced realtor. He is forthwith in speaking about strengths and flaws in houses, both as a buyer and as a seller. When selling, he recommended upgrades that would get the most return on our investment before putting the house on the market. We sold at a good price. When buying, he encouraged us to see houses that were outside of our initial searches. I learned that I actually do like ranch style homes because Jason showed us nice ones. That allowed us to broaden our buyer search and ultimately find a house we wouldn't have found otherwise. I trust his judgement, and that trust has resulted in great outcomes for my family. I would work with him again the next time I need a realtor.
