Jason Ferrando was the best thing that happened to me while buying my first home, it was hard finding someone that cares at 100k spending limit but Jason treated me no different then if i were buying a 2 million dallor estate. Jason was more of a friend then a salesman and was always looking out for my best interest and pertecting my assets as well, he made sure everything was positive and in order correctly when it came to purchasing a home.
