Jason Ferrando and his team of professionals as well as his close friends and family swooped in like super heroes and angels to rescue me and my children when I made the difficult decision to sell my house and relocate the family. Jason represented us for the purchase of a home in bankruptcy. The process was drawn out in the courts for 6 month and he worked diligently to facilitate the transaction. For example, he coordinated efforts with the Trustee, Debtor, appraiser, selling agent, etc.

We worked with Jason to buy a home in which the owners were going through bankruptcy. This made for a long and at times difficult process. We had actually been working with a realtor when we found this property - but, he backed out because of the processed surrounding the bankruptcy. We found another realtor and she simply provided incorrect information. I decided to call the listing realtor myself to ask some questions.
