When we started working with Jason, we had high expectations. Needless to say, Jason has far exceeded those expectations and continues to do so. Coming from NY and having to visit the Charlotte area multiple times was not easy but Jason was extremely accommodating. He scanned new listings constantly and once he knew what we were looking for, he sent us some really great options. The biggest challenge at that point was getting a house before it was sold. During the entire process, Jason was very responsive to our questions and concerns. We never had to wait long to hear back from him. Jason was rock solid in his recommendations along the process and really made it as easy as it could be. This is our 3rd home purchase and by far the best.

Jason was very dedicated to helping us find the perfect house. We searched for months in the area we wanted to buy in and Jason was always there to show us house after house. The market was very competitive and we were pretty particular in what we wanted. With that being said, Jason worked tirelessly to get us in the perfect house. At the end of the day, you have to be happy with the efforts from your realtor and we are more than satisfied with Jason.
