Jason did a great job finding the house I ultimately purchased. He was diligent throughout the process, previewing all properties before showing, and providing great communication as we went along. His suggestions led to a successful bid for the property and even saved me $500 when he suggested a lower offer for purchasing the existing furniture in the house. During the inspection process, he successfully negotiated with the selling agent to come up with a winning compromise on repairs to seal the deal. All in all, a great experience. I'm very happy with the outcome and would definitely use Jason again.
