Our experience with Jason was absolutely incredible. His patience and calm demeanor are traits that are almost impossible to find. Being our first time purchasing a home, we expected it to be a very stressful, impossible feat. He eliminated the stress by keeping us very informed, updated, and answered any questions we had throughout the process. Jason's passion alone made us feel very comfortable and confident that we would succeed in finding a home. His knowledge on the market is eye-opening and he truly knows what to look for and what to watch out for. Jason is the definition of professional! Jason sold our home in Boynton Beach; He prepared an excellent listing and listed it mid-week, did an open house on the weekend, and we had multiple offers on Monday. We were under contract shortly after. We had added a 30-day post occupancy option to have a little extra time to find our next home. No surprises or excitement we closed on the day we were supposed to. He also facilitated the purchase of our next home 7 hours away in North Florida. Introducing us to a realtor who had shown me a few houses of my choosing and a couple that we not even listed as of yet. We ended up purchasing one that was not listed yet and again with Jasons guidance we closed on the day requested with a week to spare from having to leave our other home without any drama. I NEVER expected to have thing go so smoothly on either home kept waiting for the drama it just never happened! Thanks Jason!!

Jason will not let a customer give up on him, he will lead you to the end, and have answer for all your question. My experience in buying a house with him were like go to the store buy a bottle of water, this is how easy, and quick the process was. I did give up, and he were still pounding to find me a place. Oops!!!! Jason did it again? in 2016 i met this gentleman and as a first time buyer he walked me through the entire process to get the deal done. and 5 years later nothing hasn't been changed when it comes to his dedication and professionalism. just this week we were able to closed with great success on another house i just purchased .
