Jarrod was beyond patient and attentive throughout the entire home buying process. Our list of requirements for our house were quite exact. We wanted a large lot in Moreno Valley only north of the freeway and east of Perris, with no HOA, large open floor plan, plenty of parking and storage, and turnkey ready. He showed us three houses and we bought the 3nd one we saw. All three fit what were were looking for due to his attention to detail and thoroughness. He was up to date on the market and presented us with in depth information on each house when showing it. He went above and beyond coordinating with our loan officer, the seller’s agent, and the escrow company. We were updated with each step of the process and everything was explained to our satisfaction. It was by far the easiest home buying experience we’ve ever had. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Jarrod Wood was recently recruited to sell my mother's home in Camarillo that is 120 miles from his home base in Moreno Valley. Jarrod took on the challenge of distance with ease. He was well prepared with arranging photography and videos and posted the property almost immediately on a myriad of social media venues. He researched comparable homes in the area and gave solid advice as to the price point we should start with. Jarrod personally drove out to conduct the first open house and arranged for several others via colleagues in the local area. Once we had a solid offer, Jarrod oversaw every aspect of the sale and displayed strong negotiating skills when some unreasonable demands were made by the prospective buyers. Jarrod kept me informed throughout the myriad of paperwork, letting me know whenever e-signature requests were on the way and explaining what I would be signing. Although we did have to reduce the price once, I do feel Jarrod gave solid advice as to the amount and the timing, as the house almost sold immediately after the reduction. Overall, I would not hesitate to use Jarrod Wood and his team again for my real estate needs should the need arise.
