Jared Stout

This is the third time I’ve had Jared as my agent and I’d choose him again in a heartbeat! He put my intentions first, communicated often, helped me price my house and knew when and where to negotiate. He did his homework on comps whenever we went to showings and we looked at dozens of houses until we found the perfect one for my family! We had some unique situations arise and Jared made sure he had my back, made sure everything was in line with rules and laws and stayed professional through every situation. My experience with Jared Stout was excellent, which is a word I don’t use often in reviews. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and every time I had a question or concern about what was going on with my home, or the market, he was quick to reply even if just to let me know he would get back to me the same day (or next day if I forgot how late it was in the evening). He was also very patient with my questions, of which I had many since it was my first time selling a house. I highly recommend his services.
