Jared provided me with a first-rate experience when looking for my home. As a first time buyer there were many things I didn't know about and Jared was great about educating me. From the time we put in the offer through closing he reassured me and made sure to take care of things that could have been a problem. When the seller took the fridge they were supposed to leave Jared called and it it was there in 2 hours. 10/10 will use Jared again for my next purchase!

We began house searching with Jared when buying was only a “what if” idea in our minds. Then the unthinkable happened. The house we were renting went up for auction. The landlord that owned the house that my mother had been renting for 17 years had stopped paying her mortgage months earlier, despite still collecting rent and being paid on time every month. She denied that she was going to lose the house. She was wrong. The bank informed us that we would have 90 days to leave the property. This was when our house search kicked into high gear. Jared was there for us every step along the way. He helped us search and view homes on an urgent basis until we found one that would suit our needs and was within our price range. He helped us during the bidding process as we attempted to bid on a few houses unsuccessfully, making sure we never lost hope. He kept encouraging us and kept our spirits up until we successfully bid on a house that accepted our offer. He helped us understand what we needed to do and made sure we were in escrow in time to close and move before we had to be out of the house that had gone back to the bank, before the day on the notice they served us stating we had to move. He helped us with all the paperwork and inspections, and every little step along the way. In fact, he has continued to help us even after closing with some home warranty issues. Jared is friendly, kind, understanding, and straightforward. He did his best to serve us during an unusual home buying scenario, but he made sure we were in a new house of our own, when we desperately needed it the most. We cannot thank Jared enough for all his help, and for helping us find a home of our own, where we are no longer beholden to a landlord. Our family is eternally grateful for everything he has done for us and we would recommend him to anyone. A++ service. 10 out of 10.

Jarrod is the best. He found a house and location where I exactly wanted. He has excellent communication . Keeps in touch in ever step. And he is very caring and takes good care of every client.
