We began house searching with Jared when buying was only a “what if” idea in our minds. Then the unthinkable happened. The house we were renting went up for auction. The landlord that owned the house that my mother had been renting for 17 years had stopped paying her mortgage months earlier, despite still collecting rent and being paid on time every month. He helped us with all the paperwork and inspections, and every little step along the way. In fact, he has continued to help us even after closing with some home warranty issues. Jared is friendly, kind, understanding, and straightforward. He did his best to serve us during an unusual home buying scenario, but he made sure we were in a new house of our own, when we desperately needed it the most. We cannot thank Jared enough for all his help, and for helping us find a home of our own, where we are no longer beholden to a landlord.
