In our virtual visits with Jared, he grew into something more than a professional acquaintance: he became our friend. To be clear, we didn't know Jared before our home search, but his affable personality, expertise, and overall friendliness built a bond of friendship that we pray will last beyond our move.

I found Jared to be reliable and enjoyable to work with. He very capably took control and handled the process of selling this home. His background knowledge and experience gave him insight which he used to guide us through the listing and sales process. Also very helpful to me was how he kept me informed about details and potential issues in a timely manner identifying options when decisions were needed to move forward. His appraisal and listing were done cautiously and logically. Purchase offers were examined before presenting the details of the offer. He would then communicate clearly the details of the offer and spell out anything that might be a concern. Overall, my experience "Selling property with Jared" was definitely a positive one.
