My wife and I moved in to our new home one week ago. We purchased our home before ever stepping foot in it. This was thanks to the excellent help that Jared gave us over the preceding months. If you've been in the hunt for a new home in the middle of 2021, then you know just how crazy the housing market has been. Jared, smartphone in hand, gave us dozens of virtual tours of potential homes. He drove to each corner of Appleton and its surrounding towns to find us our perfect home. He always did so with a smile on his face and without complaint. During these virtual tours, his prior experience as a building contractor provided us with insights that many other agents simply can't offer. Jared's real estate knowledge also extends into ethical buying strategies that are creative and with his clients' best interests in mind. Escalation clauses and counter offers were all counseled by someone who clearly knows his craft. In our virtual visits with Jared, he grew into something more than a professional acquaintance: he became our friend. To be clear, we didn't know Jared before our home search, but his affable personality, expertise, and overall friendliness built a bond of friendship that we pray will last beyond our move.

I found Jared to be reliable and enjoyable to work with. He very capably took control and handled the process of selling this home. His background knowledge and experience gave him insight which he used to guide us through the listing and sales process. Also very helpful to me was how he kept me informed about details and potential issues in a timely manner identifying options when decisions were needed to move forward. His appraisal and listing were done cautiously and logically. Purchase offers were examined before presenting the details of the offer. He would then communicate clearly the details of the offer and spell out anything that might be a concern. Overall, my experience "Selling property with Jared" was definitely a positive one.

Honest, trustworthy, personable and very hard working. Most importantly he's there for all the right reasons!!! I've had others I have recommended work with Jared come back and thank me for recommending him. Its stressful enough when buying or selling, I've done both with Jared and dont care to work with any other agent. He knows his stuff, cares about his people, and is very open about everything.
