Jared was there to assist us in every phase of our house hunting/move. Moving from out of state made the new home buying experience much more difficult but Jared made the experience much easier by getting us in contact with a mortgage company, insurance company and getting all the information on the utility companies we would need to contact. He was always available to answer questions and responded to our calls and any questions with extreme promptness. His advice and guidance from start to finish was invaluable. I have known Jared for a few years. When my wife and I first discussed purchasing a home, Jared was the first person I called. He helped us through every step of the process. After deciding on a builder and floorplan, Jared was able to negotiate masterfully with the builder. He was able to negotiate the price down several thousand dollars, in addition to having the builder include certain upgrades and appliances at no additional cost. Perhaps the best thing Jared did for us during this process came just a few days before closing. When the house was appraised, it appraised several thousand dollars below the contract price. Therefore, our mortgage lender would only loan us the appraisal value, and the builder wanted us to pay the remaining money out of pocket. Jared was able to convince the builder to "eat" the difference. So, in the end, we saved several more thousand dollars through Jared's negotiating, and we were still able to close on time. If my wife and I decide to sale our home, or buy another, we will not hesitate to contact Jared again.
