Oscar has good communication throughout the whole process for example he would reassure me on what was happening and if I was confused about a topic he would explain things in a way that felt so easy to understand and he is very professional on how he handles the whole ordeal, he wasn't sloppy or careless, and most of all he cared for what I needed.
