When i inherited a house from family. Janine was there 100 percent. Anything or anytime we need something or had a question she was quick to awnser or act. We never sold a house before and she took the time to go over everything any time of the day including weekend. She was also realistic with us in what to except never selling us on hopes and dream. She fought for what we wanted and didnt back down when we needed her to. If I ever need to sell or buy another house I wouldn't hesitate to call her and ask for her help again.

She sold my parents their home, and turned around and helped me find my absolute unicorn of a home, that we've now been in for almost two years. She made sure that not only did we find a home that had a yard for us to grow into, but that it was a safe, comfortable neighborhood that my father would be OK with his daughter living alone in. Janine also has an incredible sense of humor, so you will absolutely laugh your way through home searching and buying with her. You're not just gaining a realtor who will sell you a home, you're gaining someone who will fight for you and make sure you are getting what you're looking for. She's also the "guy who knows a guy", and most likely knows someone who can help you with whatever you need done for your home!
