As we were looking for a home in Holiday FL we came across 3 realtors who spent a lot of time tell us what couldn't be done. But we met Janina completely accidentally standing alongside the house we wanted. I told her that if she thought it could be done, that we would take it. When everyone else said it couldn't be done, she got it done. Even with extremely difficult sellers, Janina persevered. I met Janina at an open house, but it was in a deed restricted community that allowed only 3 pets and I had 8. She sent me listings for several homes in areas with no restrictions and managed to find me the perfect home that would accommodate my needs with respect to the pets and arrangements for my elderly mother who was moving in with me. The best real estate agent I have ever met and I am 75 years old. I have helped buying or selling over a dozen homes for family and friends in my lifetime and have met 25 different agents and none come close or compare with Janina. She is amazing and does things NO other agent would even think of doing to help you!
