We have bought and sold homes throughout our life time and I can honestly say, Janina, is the best realtor we've ever had. She assisted me far above and beyond the call of duty. I live 4 hours away from the property and needed to hire an attorney to set up an estate. She is well connected locally and was able to refer us to a probate attorney and everything else from a lawn service to an exterminator to a junk removal company. Before she even had the listing she was going by my dad's house and checking on it to make sure everything was okay. Once we listed the house, she had it sold within the first week. We closed a few weeks later. And, we got $1,000 over the list price.

Janina was amazing to work with! We were an out of state family relocating so there were a lot of "uncertainties" naturally associated with the move. On our first visit she spent an entire day taking us to different properties to get an idea of what we were looking for. My wife flew down on a separate occasion to actually find a place that we were looking for and Janina negotiated a great price. I was considering overpaying at the asking price because of our time constraint but she was right on with her "comps" and saved us $10k and was also able to get us some seller concessions in a seller's market. She's a hustler with an amazing work ethic and is very determined to get the job done.
