We first met Janie from a referral from a friend in Marin County, CA and Janie took us around when we first got to CO and showed us houses and neighborhoods and imparted a lot of knowledge even though we told her we probably would rent a house for at least a year. That was in 2018! We ended up renting a house for 4 years but when we were ready to buy a house of course we would only work with Janie.
