Janie listed our home Denver at the same time that that 4 other homes went on the market in our neighborhood and right at the time that market was starting to soften a bit. Ours was the first home to sell. It sold before showing were even supposed to begin and went for over asking. All the other homes listed at teh same time sat and had price drops before selling for under asking. We chalk this up to Janie's expertise in timing, marking and connections. Thank you!
