Janie was absolutely amazing! She worked tirelessly until my husband and I were officially moved in to our new home. Janie is the type of agent that really listens to and hears her clients. While she was extremely helpful in offering her professional advice, she looked for the things that we had explicitly said we wanted. Buying a home during the summer of 2021 was difficult enough because of the way the market was, we were so lucky to have Janie representing us in such a competitive and crazy market. She was extremely professional and responsive, and her hard word took all of the stress of buying a house off of our shoulders, which is exactly what you want in an agent! Not only that but she was very knowledgeable, familiar with all Bay Area cities, small towns, and neighborhoods, and she did not rest until we were comfortably moved in. As young, first time homebuyers, this experience is really intimidating but Janie made it so straight forward and fun! We couldn't be more happy with the work Janie did for us and we're so in love with our beautiful new home! We highly, highly recommend Janie to all homeowners and homebuyers! We will definitely be using her again for all future home sales/purchases!
