After my own agent succumbed to health issues and her colleague proved inadequate, I was on a search for a new agent! And let me tell you - finding an agent with LISTING EXPERIENCE was much harder than I thought! Many of the agents I interviewed primarily represent buyers and so their listing experience was limited. Janie on the other hand was quite the opposite. She had managed a bunch of listings before and so she was better able to assess the value of my home relative to market conditions. Her M.O.?
