Hello from Destin, Florida! Helping people buy and sell homes on the beautiful Emerald Coast is truly a pleasure! Whether you are coming here from another state or are just moving to a new local place, I can help. I am a listing specialist in Okaloosa and Walton Counties, assisting out-of-town sellers with a home sale. I work very closely with a team that can help with the following: Packing and Moving, Estate or Liquidation Sale, Move-out Cleaning, Repairs, Painting, Carpet, etc. My job is to make this easier for you, and I am to do a 5-Star job every time! I love what I do and take my job seriously! This requires keeping up-to-date on all the legal aspects that seem to be ever-changing these days. My education is ongoing. I have three certifications from the National Association of Realtors: Certified Residential Specialist, Military Relocation Specialist, and Pricing Strategy Advisor.
