I am a licensed agent in two other states, when I wanted to make a purchase in Florida I reached out to Janice and let her know exactly what I was looking for. Once I saw the one I wanted, I jumped on the opportunity. I was able to secure a great property exactly where I wanted and the layout I wanted.
