I have used many agents, that I would rate from good to fantastic; however, Janice has exceeded any of them, and my expectations, to a great degree. I purchased the property through her, and thought she was equal to the best I had ever experienced; however, after selling it through her, I believe that there is no agent who could ever match her! I live out of state, and the entire process would have been very difficult, even impossible, without her. She performed duties, and put in innumerable hours, which I would not expect from a realtor; as well as the "normal" ones. The property had been trashed by the tenants (which had to be evicted) and I eventually spent almost $30K in repairs. Janice was my "project coordinator" in this process, which was quite lengthy and involved multiple types of repairs and many contractors. Everything was accomplished beyond my expectations! Throughout this process I have come to trust her as I would a friend, not just my realtor; indeed I consider her to be a special friend. I just wish I knew hundreds of people to whom I could recommend Janice. She is the best you could ever hope to find! She will treat you as a friend, not just a "client". She sold our home in one day, 4 showings, with 4 offers in a winter storm! When it came to the house we were purchasing, our offer was accepted on the first home we fell in love with.
