Janice is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to buying a house. She went above & beyond to make buying our first home a smooth process. She was available 24/7 to answer our questions & guided us every step of the way. She walked us through everything; offers, inspections & closing. She never failed to communicate with us, there were several late-night calls & texts from her to go over things. She knew how much we loved our house & did everything she could to make it ours. Even after closing, Janice continued to check in on us & make sure we had all of our ducks in a row. 5 stars doesn’t seem like nearly enough to describe her! I can’t recommend Janice Koss enough.

Communication and customer service was unlike anything I’ve experienced. I was in the loop at all times and any questions I had she either answered them right away or found someone who knew the answer. I don’t think there is anyone who could compete with her! The process was very quick, very easy, and effortless. I will definitely be using her again in the future and referring her to people I know in need of a realtor!
