What a professional! Janice was on top of the sales process at every step. She walked the escrow through several obstacles that could have tanked the sale, from non cooperative family , to an incipient buyer’s realtor, an over aggressive inspector & many other issues. An outstanding realtor knows that getting an offer accepted is only good when escrow closes. She never lost sight of that fact. We are certain that a lesser agent would not be able to close our escrow.
