Janice studies the market so she knows how to advertise your property in the current environment without wasting time. I fired my first agent after 5 months and hired Davidson realty and Janice sold my home in less than 1 month. She is always helping her clients before and after the sale, a great person.
She is very professional and friendly.
Excellent market knowledge of the Chateau, Lake San Marcos. Conducted herself in a professional manner in all areas of the listing, sale, and closing.
Janice did an outstanding job in this transaction. She went well above and beyond what would normally be expected of an agent. She was extremely helpful in helping us to dispose of furnishings and personal items that were left in the unit. She even helped us to ship some belongings to us. She is really terrific!!
What a professional! Janice was on top of the sales process at every step. She walked the escrow through several obstacles that could have tanked the sale, from non cooperative family , to an incipient buyer’s realtor, an over aggressive inspector & many other issues. An outstanding realtor knows that getting an offer accepted is only good when escrow closes. She never lost sight of that fact. We are certain that a lesser agent would not be able to close our escrow.
Janice made selling my condo smooth and stress-free. She provided clear guidance, a strong pricing strategy, and effective marketing that attracted solid interest and delivered great results. How is their market knowledge, communication, and professionalism? Her market knowledge is excellent, communication was prompt and clear, and her professionalism outstanding. I highly recommend Janice to anyone buying or selling property.
Janice is a wonderful exception to bring a great realtor! She goes the extra mile in either Listing or buying a home! Her knowledge gets it done quickly! I highly recommend her and her Group!
We used Janice as our seller's agent to sell my father's condo in an independent living facility. She was super knowledgeable about the area and made the process easy, working with us in a way that worked well for both me and my father. She was readily available, and we had a very smooth and quick escrow. I would recommend Janice because she goes the extra mile to make sure everything gets done on time (and has experience working with seniors).
Janice was excellent! She did a wonderful job marketing and selling my home, while communicating completely through the entire process. Janice also was available to talk with me when I questions and was going through the emotional process of selling a home and moving. I highly recommend Janice for all of your home sales and buying needs.
Janice Davidison knows the community. She went above and beyond to sell our home and listened to what type of home we wanted to purchase for our next home. She worked tirelessly to find the right house for us. Janice is the best!
The Davidson Group not only found our dream home six years ago, they helped us quickly list our home and stage it. Our home sold within one day of listing so that we could make an offer on our dream home. They didn't stop there. They helped us with the move. We cannot say enough about the whole team.
