Great communication skills, knows what her clients are looking for.
Janice studies the market so she knows how to advertise your property in the current environment without wasting time. I fired my first agent after 5 months and hired Davidson realty and Janice sold my home in less than 1 month. She is always helping her clients before and after the sale, a great person.

Thank you so much, Jeff, for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. I'm thrilled to hear that you were pleased with the results and that my approach resonated with you. Knowing that we were able to sell your home in less than a month after your previous experience really makes my day. It's important to me to stay on top of market trends and ensure that every property is presented in the best light possible. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I’m always here to assist you, both in the current chapter and any future endeavors. Thanks again for your trust in Davidson Realty!
