Janice did a great job for us. My father had worked with her for years and he left us a lot in Eagle-Vail that we wanted to sell. Knowing of this previous relationship I got in touch with Janice who was very knowledgeable and confident about the area and she listed our lot at a higher value than our recent appraisal. Living overseas she made the process very easy for us. She sold it in on the same day that the listing went out and even had some back up offers if this one didn’t work out. Overall we were very pleased with her and if the occasion arose would have no hesitation working with her again.
