For over 20 years, I have lived in Philadelphia in a variety of homes and neighborhoods because I made thoughtful investments. I think like an investor, because I am an investor- but I also understand that coming home is one of the most comforting and sacred things in our busy lives. Community is invaluable, and where we choose to live impacts our daily lives. I think like a designer- because I am a designer. I see each property I walk into through this lens. I love helping my clients make modest, yet impactful, changes to their homes to increase market value or to visualize the full potential of a new property. One of the best parts of my job is the people that I meet along the way. I am interested in building relationships on both sides of the buying/selling process and helping my clients make informed decisions they feel good about.
