We really enjoyed working with Janet. She was always available, transparent, and encouraging from day one, when we were searching for a home, to the last day when we got our keys. Each phase of buying a home comes with challenges and we never felt unprepared or at a disadvantage because Janet is organized and experienced. When we had to make decisions as buyers; Janet was very patient with us, explained the process, and made sure we were prepared to make decisions.
