We met Janet in 2022 while casually checking out open houses in the Roseville-Citrus Heights-Fair Oaks area. We were selling a small condo in the SF area and considering relocation, looking for more room, including a yard, pool, and an outbuilding. Janet ushered us through many properties, always honestly observing both the assets and drawbacks. Once we were ready to buy, we found the perfect place for us - a beautiful craftsman home that checked all the boxes.
