No, she's not really my Aunt, but could just about have been at the end of the process! I was in the process of a divorce, totally overwhelmed and clueless about home buying procedures. She worked with my parents and I, walked us though every step of the way and patiently showed us many homes that weren't the right fit. When the right one did come on the market, she arranged a showing that day, and with her guidance put an offer on that was attractive enough to beat out 3 others. This house is perfect for my son and I, and without Aunt Janet's expertise it never would have happened.

My husband and I met Janet and her husband Will, who also happens to be also her real estate partner, in 2017. We were looking to downsize and to also relocate to a rancher style home to accommodate my husband and I as well as my elderly mother who lived across the driveway from us and was also selling her house and moving in with us. My husband and I had been living in our home in Gettysburg for over thirty years and I was quite apprehensive about moving, but Janet was always there for me to answer any and all of my questions and concerns and make me feel totally comfortable in helping us locate to the perfect home to accommodate our needs along with those of my mother. They did a wonderful job in the photography and the listing and showing of both of our houses. Both our house and my mother's house in Gettysburg sold in less than two weeks. We loved our new home and were just getting settled in after three years when unfortunately my husband's health took a turn for the worse. After he passed away I made the very difficult decision to relocate and move to Maryland to be with my family. There was never any question when I made the decision to sell my house and move to Maryland as to who I was going to ask to be my realtor. Once again, my house in New Oxford sold in two - three weeks. Janet and her husband were wonderful to work with. Always very professional but always accessible whenever I needed them. I continue to stay in touch with them and we have become good friends. I would highly recommend Janet and Will as your realtors the next time you are in the market to sell or buy a house.

When my brother and I decided to sell my mother’s house after her passing Janet was the first realtor who came to mind. First and foremost she displayed sensitivity and compassion to our situation. Then her knowledge and years of experience led us through the process that resulted in a wonderful experience despite the circumstances. Janet worked very hard making our purchase and banking option doable. Since we were in SC and our purchase was in PA her job was much more difficult than most transactions but she kept us from going over the edge. We would highly recommend her to all purchasers and sellers.
