Janet helped us buy our house back in 2014. She made the process easy, making sure we knew what was happening, why, and if it was a normal part of buying a house. We got a lovely home at a great price. So it was a no brainer to ask Janet to help us sell the home this year. We decided to move out of state to California and ended up needing to sell our home quickly. Janet was amazing. She walked us through the process of emptying and staging out home. Told us how we could best list our home for the quick sale we needed. And put in all the extra work she could to help us sell as fast as we could. Her advice was invaluable. What to list the house for. What we might be able to get for it if we had more time to sell. She did several open house and reached out to every agent who showed the home for feedback. When the first offer came in and it was an insultingly low price , she flat out said I can’t stop you from accepting, but this is a terrible offer. You can do better. And then she advised us on what would happen if we accepted or rejected it. So we had the full picture and could make our decision with as much information as possible. But that isn’t all. Janet watched our back through the process of buying our new home in California. She frequently checked up how it was going and would suggest solid important questions about the California house itself and the home buying process in a new state so we could follow up and make sure we were as informed about the process as we could be. 5 stars. Would work with her again in a hear beat. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in south central Pa. I wish more agents were as skilled, communicative, and knowledgeable as her.

Let me tell you how hard of a critic I am. I am in the Sales industry too and am very skeptical of just about every transaction that involves true selling. Especially true in a hot market, salesmanship tends to go out the window because inventories most of the time sell themselves. Not the case with my house that I had to sell. Janet was very professional throughout the entire twist and turns of our transaction, made herself available every single time, and thoroughly communicated every scenario and detail that was necessary then some. This was important to me because she was going to be my eyes, ears, and brain due to me moving out of state.
