JANET WAS GREAT THROUGHT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. SHE SAVED ME MONEY REVIEWING MY CONTRACT AND NEGOTIATED ME A APPLIANCE PACKAGE AND $1200 WHEN THE BUILDER COULDNT CLOSE ON TIME. EVEN AFTER WE CLOSED SHE TOOK ME TO BUY A MATRESS AND PICKED IT UP WITH ME AT THE WHAREHOUSE. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS AND WERE SO GLAD WE FOUND HER. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

The overall experience with Janet was great. This was our second time using her services. She was extremely knowledgeable and what she didn't know, she consulted with her attorney to make sure everything was done correctly when it came to dealing with an uncooperative tenant. The buyers had an issue with their lender after they signed the initial paperwork and they got disqualified but rather than walking away from it and starting over, Janet found a lender that would excuse the buyers mistake which should have been the job of the buyer's agent. I would recommend her to friends and family.
Had a real good feeling after our initial phone conversation. She had knowledge of the area where the home was located as far as activity in selling the home. Understood that we needed to have the comfort level with my aging father as this was his house. She personally met with him at his assisted living facility, took her time to listen to his needs. My father was impressed and so were we. She will be listing additional properties that father is going to put on the market.
