I’m extremely happy that Janet was my agent. Her advertising letter was the first letter I ever responded to any advertising I have ever received. I’m so glad I did. I live in Los Angeles and my property was in Florida. I spoke with Janet over the phone only a couple of times, the rest was done via e-mail. Janet was on top of things from day one. She is so great at what she does, excellent in follow up and follow through which I really love about her. She does not waste any time at all. You e-mail her anytime, she responds back right away. The minute she received my seller’s contract, next thing I know the house is advertised , appointments to show the place are scheduled. If I didn’t have to have certain reports ready before selling the house, I know that my house would have been sold in days. Had a real good feeling after our initial phone conversation. She had knowledge of the area where the home was located as far as activity in selling the home. Understood that we needed to have the comfort level with my aging father as this was his house. She personally met with him at his assisted living facility, took her time to listen to his needs. My father was impressed and so were we. She will be listing additional properties that father is going to put on the market.
