She was extremely knowledgeable and what she didn't know, she consulted with her attorney to make sure everything was done correctly when it came to dealing with an uncooperative tenant. The buyers had an issue with their lender after they signed the initial paperwork and they got disqualified but rather than walking away from it and starting over, Janet found a lender that would excuse the buyers mistake which should have been the job of the buyer's agent.
