I received Janet’s details from my mortgage Broker, who recommended her because of her years of experience and knowledge of the area where wanted to purchase a home. I contacted her and she immediately responded with questions regarding specifics on location, price and later the same day had a list of properties and when we were available to view. She was able to to point out areas of the home we needed to be aware of and possible read flags. She was always available to answer questions and made us feel like we were her only clients. She referred us to contractors, was present during all the inspections when we were not available. Being an ex-realtor, I know an Extraordinary Real Estate Agent .... and Janet Ogburn is the best. My family and I were moving to Jacksonville area for a job transfer. Janet was such a pleasure to work with...after buying and selling several homes, we were a bit jaded to realtors. Janet, however has restored our faith in the process of purchasing homes. Beyond showing us tenacious hustle to sell our house at the best possible price, Janet also did the "small things" that really made a difference. She constantly kept us updated throughout the process via phone, text, and email and really coordinated the "extra stuff" such as the inspections, home repairs, etc. Additionally, the photographer she used really helped the house look its best. Lastly, Janet was constantly available and responsive (even for the late night emails!), and she always had a positive attitude and high level of energy, that was most appreciated during the stressful time of selling a house.
