Janet has been a key part of not only my housing experience but at this point my life! It was basically 3 years of ups and downs just dealing with the market, life changes, mind changes etc. Janet is the most patient person ever! I was super picky from the get go. Needed a yard, would like a pool, 3 rooms max ideally turn key. Offers on 15 places if not more. She has been very informational and helpful through my first time homeowner experience. Even when things started to change she was super accommodating when I got pregnant , with my work schedule , with time frames and scheduling things so I can still maintain a healthy balance. Overall, the support and knowledge she provided to get me the best deals in these times were unmatched. She also continues to go above and beyond and being that im new to this remind me about homestead tax, possibly refinancing in the future, other tips I may need and just checking in. At this point she's also my go to friend. If you're looking look no further. She will get you into a place even if you think it's impossible. I love my new home. Can't wait to invest in a second one.
