Working with Janet was ok we had our high points and our low points. She was extremely confident in the beginning but the confidence trickled and the suggested sale price went down. ( can’t always have sure high aspirations) communication was I’d say a 7/10 Janet is a very busy woman and sometimes gets distracted. Overall I’d rate our work together a 6/10

From the first phone call, Janet made sure that anything that I needed or wanted was taken care of. She is detailed and makes sure to explain anything and everything thoroughly so I understand everything about the house buying process. Janet makes sure that she gets the best deals she can get for her clients and ensures that everything is fair and no one is being take advantage of. I would and have been referring friends and family to Home Match Realty because I am confident that she will help everyone in the same manner. She cares about her clients more than the money and that is the best thing about her.

Janet's professionalism, honestly, and hard work ethic were evident in the listing she created, the advertising pushes she made, and the showings she gave. Janet made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps like giving staging tips, finding unique ways of advertising (using social media, paired open houses, etc.), and using food to give the home a welcoming feel during open houses. She took the anxiety out of the negotiation process for me, responded quickly to my calls, and was patient with my many questions. I was always confident that Janet was looking out for my best interest. I highly recommend her as an agent!
