I can’t thank Janet enough for making the home buying experience such an easy stress free process! My husband and I were moving from Florida to South Carolina and were going in completely blind to this area and worried how we were going to find a home without making multiple long trips taking leave from work. Thankfully we were referred to Janet who promptly cleared her calendar for us and discussed what we were looking for. She researched many options for us and asked our feedback on what we would like to see. When we arrived she was geared up and ready to show us everything we wanted to see. She was very patient with us while my husband and I debated over 3 days and that was no easy task! We found a home model we liked but did not like the lot size or area, so Janet investigated until she found us the exact home we wanted on an amazing lot! Too good to be true! As soon as we saw the neighborhood and the house we both knew it was “The One”! She took everything into consideration and delivered exactly what we wanted. She negotiated a great price for us and was there to assist with anything that came up prior to closing. I’m so thankful for her help in making our move easy peasy! If you want a responsive and attentive realtor, she’s your girl!
