Janet H. assisted me in purchasing my condo in 2023. She did such an outstanding job negotiating a great deal for that I had to use her services again with the selling of the condo. Janet always maintains the highest level of professionalism and works for her clients to ensure that whether they're selling or purchasing real estate, it is to their complete satisfaction. I'm grateful for her ever presence during each phase of the purchase and or the sale of real estate. I came to Janet a little over a year ago to help me scheduling a viewing and she ended up becoming my agent. Working with Janet was wonderful because she's quick, communicative, and thoughtful. She helped me through the entire process and worked with my lender to ensure they had everything they needed before closing.
