Janet has been my real estate agent for nearly 10 years now. There is no other agent in Jacksonville I would trust to meet her level of professionalism and expertise. She has coordinated the sale of one property and purchase of two as my agent over the years. These were all very successful and fruitful transactions. She also used her professional network to refer a top tier agent for me to use for an out of state real estate sale. Janet knows the mercurial Florida real estate market, understands the changing needs of her buyers, works tirelessly to achieve positive outcomes, and follows through on every need to the smallest detail. When I first purchased my home I was 28 years old and didn’t have much family support when it came to the homebuying process. Luckily I was given Janet’s phone number from a lender who only had good things to say about her as she had helped his nephew purchase his first home also. Janet is very thorough and will help You during the entire homebuying process. We looked at about eight homes and they were all exactly what I was looking for It didn’t take long to put an offer on the property and we closed January 17, 2020. It was definitely a turning point in my life financially and I couldn’t of went with a better realtor. I was young so I wanted someone who would take me seriously as a real homebuyer and not just someone playing around. I wanted a property that would increase in value that was close to the beach and close to downtown but still had enough land for my dogs. That’s exactly what I got I’m a half a mile from the beach I’m a half a mile from downtown I’m on a half an acre and I have no one that lives in front of me or behind me. Janet listens and she knows a good property when she sees it and thanks to Janet I left closing with a check and the lowest interest rate because she was able to get the sellers to contribute to my closing. She’s the best Realator on this side of heaven.

We moved just outside of Jacksonville because of a job. When we decided to look for a house we asked at the credit union about a realtor and Janet came highly recommended Janet was always available for us as we purchased a home and again a few years later when we sold it. We felt she had our best interest at heart and that she maintained integrity and professionalism at all times. We couldn’t have bought and sold our house without her!
