Covid 19 has made house buying a very interesting endeavor. We had to relocate to the Kent area from out of state. We researched realtors in the area and zeroed in on Janet due to the number of listings she has moved and positive reviews. After a few emails and phone calls, she started looking immediately and peppered us with all kinds of listings that were in line with our budget, desired home size and neighborhood. We did everything virtually and she made it a breeze. The current market is very hot and deals were being made literally hours after the listing was made. We found a few places and we did facetime tours and it helped her team to determine our likes and dislikes. July 3rd a house was posted and within 48 hours we had it under contract, yes we bought a house site unseen and are not disappointed in the least. We have had many homes at various places around the country and doing business with Janet and her team was the best experience we have ever had with a realtor. Professional, knowledgeable, and on top of the game. We would absolutely recommend Ms. Dauber, she is 100% plus 1!
