I went with Janet for several reasons. Let me start by saying I have quite a few friends in real estate so it wasn't just throwing darts at a phone book. I went with Janet because I was looking at a rental property for myself my wife and our kids. This was during covid and lots of things and people just weren't going out. Well I had lots of questions about this property and she was very astute and on top of all my questions getting back to me very quickly. She addressed any and all concerns I had. I know that something like a rental property handled by her company wasn't a huge revenue generator. Yet she handled it like I was buying a million dollar house. So I Told her when I look to buy I will definitely be buying through her. Over that year in the rental property she hand delivered some very nice holiday gifts for us. So fast forward a year and we are in the market for a home of our own. I called her with my pre approval letter and it began. We were very aggressive in our search as we were on a short timeline. We must have looked at 15 houses and bid on about 4 or 5 but kept losing out. So we were frustrated about it all and found one for sale by owner she called the homeowner and explaind our misfortunes to him. So we looked at the house and bid on it and he accepted our offer. I believe he only accepted it because she took the time to speak with him. She will get alll my business and everyone I know that will listen to my story as she's the best. I highly recommend her as your realtor as well.

Janet has been, and continues to be, one of the best realtors in Northeast Ohio. We initially worked with her to find our home, and have since levied her incredible wealth of knowledge about the housing market, and had her handle smaller land transactions. Through out every process, she has proven invaluable to us, maintaining constant and open communication, leveraging her own knowledge and resources to find answer to our questions, and has taken a vested interest in making sure that we as the client get the best deal possible.
