Janet was absolutely amazing!! This was my first time buying a property, so I didn't know what to expect from a realtor, but she repeatedly surprised me with how helpful she was. She would patiently explain every step to me (and I ask a lot of questions), and make sure I understood fully. She would also prompt me if I needed to get a document filled out, and who I needed to send it to. The house I bought is a multy-family property and she even gave me suggestions on things to ask the current tenants and the old landlord. I would recommend her to anybody, and plan to have her help me when I am ready to purchase my next property.
