Talented and calm

We lived in our home for 36 years and it was time to sell. Janet was very patient with us as we went back and forth with listing our house. We finally took the plunge and told her to list. Instantly, we had prospective buyers looking at the house. Janet brought a photographer to take pictures. Our house looked so good in the pictures, I almost wondered why we were selling. Janet stayed calm as we panicked when bids were placed. She walked us through the bids and gave suggestions on how to proceed but never pushed us to accept or decline. I was so worried the house would not sell, but in a matter of weeks, we accepted a bid. It was a stressful time, but Janet was always there for us, ready to stop by or answer any questions we had. We are very glad we had Janet to help us sell our home.
