Janelle is absolutely wonderful! I decided to make a big life changed and moved from Pennsylvania and North Carolina. I accepted a new job and needed to find a house quickly, but also wanted to find the best home for me and my dogs and in a safe neighborhood! Janelle was so helpful, efficient, supportive, and professional. She worked hard to schedule with me during my available time, which were limited due to me having to travel out of state to view homes. She provided me with all the information available on each home we visited and answered all my questions. If she did not know an answer she reached out to the home owners agent for answers and clarification. I was never left in the dark and always felt that Janelle had my best interest in mind. She was wondering at communicating, which was essential with me being out of state. She worked quickly once I found the home that I knew was the one! She got everything moving so I was able to get my offer in asap, which assisted me with securing my first choice home. She also assistant me with next steps after the offer was accepted and made sure everything went smoothly and efficiently. She assisted me through the entire process, which really eased my anxiety, especially with such a big move! I cannot thank Janelle enough for all her help and support through this process! 🙏🏼 My dogs and I are now in our beautiful new home and we are loving our home and neighborhood!!
