Janelle helped us sell our townhome in record time! She helped us to get it staged properly and the listing was beautiful, it made me wonder why we were moving, lol, our house looked like a model home. My Wife and I Met Janelle in Summer of 2014 She was the real estate agent assigned to us, we were very interested in buying a house but unfortunately didn't qualify for loans at the time. Roughly 3 years later, I was stuck in an overpriced and under maintained apartment, and desperately wanted out. The folks she suggested to do the work I could not have been happier with. She is a ball of energy. Janelle herself works directly with you. I felt as if I was her only client, she was that committed to selling my property. Janelle sold my property before the sale sign went in the yard! It doesn't get any better than that.
